RICE MILL AND GRINEPT Blended EPT
6N40-9FC21 is a new design of blend rice milling EPT. It is consisit of 4 principal elements: Rice mill, grain grinder, steel frame and electric motor.
Doing work prnciples:
Start off motor, belt pulley of the motor drives the belt and bearing of rice EPT to rotate. Paddy in feeEPTwill be carried to internal rice milling box by rotated bearing. Paddies in milling box squeezed by bearing, screen and themselves. Practically every paddy is milling to husked rice and be whiten at this stage. Then bran will be blow out by supporter, come into the bran bag we provided without having shell and bran, husked rice will get via display and arrive to discharge port of the milling box. As for damaged rice, it will get through the display screen on discharge port and be divided from EPT rice.
